CASTEL SAN PIETRO, 21 November 2024 - Medacta Group SA (“Medacta”, SIX:MOVE), is pleased to announce that Anja Pomrehn joins Medacta as Group VP Investor & Financial Media Relations & ESG.
Anja brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and sustainability across various industries, including healthcare, finance, and chemicals. She has worked in senior leadership roles at renowned companies such Morphosys, Clariant and UBS where she led critical initiatives in investor relations, crisis communication, capital markets, M&A, and ESG. Her vast experience also includes working on IPOs, corporate finance, and sustainability strategies, making her an invaluable addition to our leadership team.
Anja holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Zurich, an MBA from the University of London, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial Market Regulations and Compliance from the University of London.
In her role, Anja will report directly to Medacta's CEO, Francesco Siccardi.
